Ketamine may ease shoulder pain after Weight-Loss surgery

Summary
This study tests whether giving ketamine during laparoscopic gastric sleeve surgery can lower the chance and severity of shoulder pain after the operation. About 50 adults aged 18-60 with severe obesity will take part. Half will receive ketamine as part of their anesthesia, and the other half will not. Researchers will measure pain using standard scales.
