First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This pilot study tests whether two low-dose ketamine infusions, given 24 hours apart, can quickly reduce severe borderline personality disorder (BPD) symptoms. 38 adults with severe BPD will receive the infusions alongside their usual care and be followed for 3 months. The main goal is to see if symptoms improve 9 days after the first infusion.
