Summary
This study tested whether Kegel or squat exercises work better for women with urinary incontinence. Thirty women aged 30 to 60 did either Kegels or squats for 10 minutes, three times a day, for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in incontinence severity and quality of life using standard questionnaires.
