Simple exercises battle bladder leaks

NCT ID NCT07156266

Summary

This study compared two types of exercises—Kegels and squats—to see which works better for reducing urinary incontinence. Thirty women with incontinence were split into two groups, each doing their assigned exercise for 10 minutes, three times a day, for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in symptom severity and quality of life to determine which exercise provided more relief.
