Summary
This study compared two types of exercises to see which works better for reducing urinary incontinence. Thirty women with incontinence did either Kegel exercises or squats for 10 minutes, three times a day, for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in symptom severity and quality of life to see which exercise provided more relief.
