Summary
This study looks at whether adding a single biofeedback session to Kegel exercises can improve bowel function, reduce emotional distress, and boost quality of life in people who had rectal cancer surgery. About 66 adults who have bowel control issues after surgery will be split into two groups: one doing Kegel exercises alone, and one doing Kegels plus one biofeedback session. Both groups will exercise at home for eight weeks, and researchers will compare changes in bowel symptoms, anxiety, and depression.
