First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at two hands-on physical therapy techniques for people with long-term low back pain. Fifty adults aged 25 to 45 with pain lasting over three months took part. Researchers compared a standard joint mobilization method alone versus the same method combined with a muscle stretching technique. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain, improved movement, and helped daily function over six weeks.
