Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app called JoyPop can help 110 youth aged 12-17 who are on a waitlist for mental health services. Participants will either use the app or continue with usual care while they wait. The goal is to see if the app improves emotion regulation and reduces symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
