Summary

This study looks at how the body adapts to weight loss in teens aged 12-17 with obesity. Participants will either follow a lifestyle program alone for 6 months, then add the drug semaglutide, or start both together. The goal is to see if adding semaglutide helps the body burn energy more efficiently.
