Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether a new drug called JNJ-90301900, injected directly into tumors, is safe and works when combined with standard chemotherapy and radiation for people with advanced head and neck cancer. About 30 participants with stage III or IV cancer will receive the combination treatment. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also seeing how well the tumors shrink.
