Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a new drug called JNJ-90301900, injected directly into tumors, is safe and works well when combined with standard chemotherapy and radiation. About 30 adults with advanced head and neck cancer that has not spread will take part. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
