Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a new drug, JNJ-90301900, is safe and works when injected directly into tumors along with standard chemotherapy and radiation. It involves 30 adults with advanced head and neck cancer. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how well the combination shrinks tumors.
