Summary
This study tests a new drug, JNJ-78934804, against another drug (guselkumab) in 460 people with moderate to severe Crohn's disease. The goal is to see if it can reduce symptoms and heal the gut lining after 48 weeks. Participants must have had Crohn's for at least 12 weeks and have active disease. This is a long-term treatment, not a cure.
