Summary
This study tests how a new drug called JMKX003142 interacts with two other medicines (amiodarone and febuxostat) in healthy Chinese adults. The goal is to understand how the body processes these drugs together, which will help guide future dosing for people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). 48 healthy volunteers aged 18-45 will participate.
