Summary
This study tests whether Jing Si Herbal Tea, taken twice daily, can improve quality of life and sleep for people with dementia and their caregivers. Researchers will first test the tea's feasibility in 100 people with dementia, then run a larger placebo-controlled trial with 200 patients and 200 caregivers. The goal is to see if this simple, natural drink can ease the daily challenges of dementia.
