Summary

This study tests a new three-drug combination (zanidatamab, tucatinib, and chemotherapy) in people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 24 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
