Summary
This study will observe about 3,000 Chinese adults with a type of heart failure called HFpEF who are starting the drug Jardiance. Researchers want to see how effective and safe the drug is in everyday medical practice, not in a controlled lab setting. The study will track heart-related hospitalizations and deaths over time.
