This study aimed to understand how a class of rheumatoid arthritis drugs (JAK-STAT inhibitors) might increase helpful, anti-inflammatory B cells. Researchers planned lab experiments using cells from patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The goal was to gather knowledge about how these drugs work, not to test a new treatment.
