Summary
This study tests whether a special filter (Jafron HA-60) can safely be used during open-heart surgery in 20 children to reduce harmful inflammation. The filter is placed in the heart-lung machine to remove inflammatory substances from the blood. The main goal is to see if the procedure is practical and safe, not yet to prove it improves outcomes.
