Summary
This study tested a new drug called JAB-21822, taken as a pill, in 29 adults with advanced solid tumors (like lung or colon cancer) that have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. Participants had already tried at least one other treatment. The drug aims to control the cancer, not cure it.
