NCT ID NCT07430917

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug J147, given by IV along with standard clot-removal therapy, helps people recover better after an ischemic stroke. About 196 participants will receive either J147 or a placebo, and researchers will track safety, brain scans, and functional outcomes over 90 days. The goal is to see if J147 can reduce brain damage and improve recovery without serious side effects.
