First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug J147, given by IV after standard clot-removal therapy, helps people recover from a severe ischemic stroke. About 196 participants will receive either J147 or a placebo, and researchers will track brain scans, blood tests, and functional outcomes over 90 days. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and see if it reduces brain damage and improves recovery.
