Bladder cancer trial combines targeted drug with chemo

Summary
This study tests a new three-drug combination for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 57 participants will receive the targeted drug ixazomib plus two standard chemotherapy drugs.
