Bladder cancer drug cocktail shows promise in early trial

Summary

This study tests a three-drug combination (ixazomib, gemcitabine, and doxorubicin) in people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to find the safest and most effective doses and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 57 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
