Summary
This study looks at whether the drug ixabepilone can help people with HER2-negative breast cancer who still have cancer after standard chemotherapy. About 116 participants will either receive ixabepilone or be observed. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce the risk of cancer coming back by blocking cancer cell division.
