Summary
This study tests a new, non-surgical stomach procedure called Endoscopic Radial Compression Gastroplasty (ERCG) combined with lifestyle changes for weight loss in Chinese adults who are overweight or have mild-to-moderate obesity. The procedure uses a clip-and-loop system to reduce stomach volume without cuts or stitches. The goal is to see if ERCG is safe and effective for weight loss compared to lifestyle changes alone.
