New hope for Hard-to-Treat lung cancer: ivonescimab combo shows promise

Summary

This study tests a new drug, ivonescimab, alone or with chemotherapy, in 46 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific gene changes and has not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants receive infusions every three weeks for up to two years.
