Summary

This study tests a medicine called IVIG (Panzyga) for people with small fiber neuropathy, a condition causing nerve pain. The trial will give IVIG or a placebo to 20 adults to see if it reduces pain and improves nerve health. IVIG is already approved for other conditions but not yet for this nerve disorder.
