This study looks at how the amount of nicotine and how fast it enters the body affects a person's desire to smoke and the drug's addictive potential. Researchers will give nicotine through an IV to closely mimic smoking. The goal is to understand what makes nicotine addictive, which could help improve treatments for quitting smoking. The study involves 70 daily smokers aged 21 to 55.
