NCT ID NCT04640025
First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study gives continued access to the drug itacitinib for 18 people who were already taking it in earlier trials for myelofibrosis, bronchiolitis obliterans after lung transplant, or chronic graft-versus-host disease. Participants keep taking the same dose as before, as long as they are tolerating it and benefiting. The main goal is to track any side effects that appear or worsen during long-term use.

What could go wrong
This is a small, open-label rollover study with only 18 participants, so results may not apply broadly. Side effects are possible, and long-term benefit is not guaranteed.
Conditions
