Drug itacitinib gets extended trial for rare blood and lung conditions

Summary
This study offers continued access to itacitinib for 18 people who were already benefiting from it in earlier trials. Participants have myelofibrosis, bronchiolitis obliterans after lung transplant, or chronic graft-versus-host disease. The goal is to monitor safety and see if the drug remains helpful over a longer period.
