Summary
This study looked at five different methods to clean root canals in teeth with large infections around the root tip. The goal was to see which method helps the bone heal best after treatment. 132 adults with infected single-rooted premolars took part. The methods included manual movement, ultrasound, sonic vibration, and two types of laser activation.
