Summary
This study tests a new three-drug combination (irpagratinib, atezolizumab, and bevacizumab) in people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink or control tumors. About 33 adults with a specific genetic marker (FGF19 overexpression) will take part. This is not a cure; it aims to manage the disease.
