Summary

This study tests whether giving iron through a vein can improve quality of life and exercise ability in people aged 65 and older who have a narrowed heart valve and low iron levels. Participants receive either iron infusions or standard care after their valve replacement procedure. The study measures changes in well-being and walking distance over 24 weeks.
