First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer whose first chemotherapy (AG) stopped working. The treatment combines a procedure that uses electrical pulses to destroy tumor cells (IRE) with a drug that helps the immune system attack the cancer (Apalulizumab). The goal is to see if this combination can help patients live longer and control the disease. About 20 adults will take part.
