First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that has stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The approach combines cryoablation (freezing the tumor) with a drug called Apalulizumab that helps the immune system attack cancer cells. The goal is to see if this combination can help patients live longer and slow disease progression.
