Hunt for clues to stop pancreatic cancer before it starts

NCT ID NCT06574373

Summary

This study aims to find better biological markers to predict which pancreatic cysts (called IPMNs) are likely to turn into cancer. Researchers will analyze tissue and blood samples from 3600 patients to understand the differences between low-risk and high-risk cysts. The goal is to help doctors make more accurate decisions about which patients need surgery and which can be safely monitored.
