Summary
This study tests a group training program called Positive Event Training (iPET) for teens aged 12-16 who are experiencing emotional distress and a lack of pleasure (anhedonia). The program teaches teens how to remember and plan positive events to boost their daily positive emotions. Researchers will measure changes in mood and well-being using daily diaries.
