New drug combo aims to shrink advanced mesothelioma tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding two experimental drugs (iparomlimab and tovorilimab) to standard chemotherapy and bevacizumab can shrink tumors in people with advanced mesothelioma who have not had prior treatment. About 37 adults aged 18-75 will receive the combination and be monitored for response and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach improves tumor control and delays progression.
