Summary
This study looked at whether adding an iPACK nerve block to standard pain treatments (adductor canal block and local injections) helps people feel less pain and recover faster after total knee replacement. Only 10 people were enrolled before the study was stopped early. The goal was to compare pain scores, opioid use, and hospital stay length between groups.
