Summary
This study tests a device called iovera® that uses cold to temporarily calm overactive nerves causing muscle tightness in the arm. About 132 adults with spasticity from a brain or spinal condition will get either the real treatment or a sham (fake) procedure. The goal is to see if it safely reduces stiffness and improves movement.
