Summary

This study tests a chemotherapy drug called pemetrexed, given directly into the spinal fluid, for people with a specific type of lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. The cancer has stopped responding to a higher dose of a targeted therapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can control the disease and improve survival. About 36 adults will take part.
