Summary
This study tested a chemotherapy drug (paclitaxel) given directly into the abdomen for people with a rare cancer called malignant peritoneal mesothelioma who cannot have standard surgery. Seven participants received weekly treatments to find the safest dose and check side effects. The goal was to control the disease, not cure it, and results help guide future treatment options.
