NCT ID NCT07285187
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether blood backing up in the veins during heart surgery is linked to confusion or delirium after the operation. Researchers will monitor 120 adults having planned heart surgery to see if this blood flow issue raises the risk of brain problems. The goal is to better understand the connection, not to test a new treatment.
