Summary
This study tested an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program called AMTE for teenagers with anxiety and depression. Sixty adolescents participated, with half receiving the online therapy and half in a control group. The program aimed to reduce symptoms of both conditions and improve emotional well-being, with follow-ups up to 12 months.
