Summary
This study tested an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program called AMTE for teens with anxiety and depression. Sixty adolescents participated, with half receiving the online therapy and the other half an active control. The program aimed to reduce symptoms of both conditions and improve emotional well-being, with follow-ups up to 12 months.
