First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week internet-based mindfulness program can improve brain health in 60 adults aged 50+ who have noticed memory or thinking declines. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or a general lifestyle education program. Researchers will measure changes in brain scans, blood markers, and daily thinking patterns to see if the program has any effect.
