Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week online mindfulness program can improve brain health in adults aged 50 and older who have noticed some memory or thinking changes. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or a general lifestyle education program. Researchers will measure changes in brain scans, blood markers, and self-reported thinking skills to see if the program has any effect.
