Summary
This study looked at 72 obese women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) to see if intermittent fasting or a resistive exercise program is better at reducing insulin resistance. Participants were divided into groups and their insulin resistance (measured by HOM-IR) and waist size were tracked. The goal is to find which approach helps control the condition more effectively.
