Summary

This study looks at whether different types of intermittent fasting can improve health in 120 adults with prediabetes. Participants will follow one of three fasting plans (5:2 diet, alternate-day fasting, or time-restricted eating) for 4-6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight, and inflammation to see which approach works best.
