Summary
This early-phase trial tests a peptide vaccine designed to train the immune system to attack a specific type of brain cancer called H3-mutated glioma. About 15 newly diagnosed patients will receive the vaccine alongside standard radiotherapy and an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab). The main goals are to check safety and see if the vaccine triggers an immune response against the tumor.
